Our approach to training technical leaders goes beyond simply enhancing technical knowledge. Understanding Your Needs
Each engagement begins with a comprehensive review that clarifies the objectives and scope of the work to be done and identifies which key staff will participate in the technical leadership development program and the responsibilities of each individual. We work with the client’s executive and/or management team to fully understand the key projects, technologies and internal processes currently being used, as well as plans for future implementations and integrations.

Designing Your Technical Leadership Program
Based on our review, we design a comprehensive program outline, including the anticipated time commitments, ideal participant profile, intake process for participants, delivery costs and any significant measures required to ensure the program’s success.

Identifying the Right People
Programming Mastery, in collaboration with management, executes a competitive application process to identify and recruit employees who fit the ‘ideal candidate’ profile for the technical leadership development program. We interview candidates, review their application, and work with management to finalize a participant list and workable program dates.

Delivering the Program
The technical leadership development program is delivered, as per the program outline. After the program has been delivered, Programming Mastery conducts a post-program assessment to measure the results achieved for each participant and for the department/company.
