Adib Saikali, Founder & CEO
Adib has trained and mentored thousands of developers at organizations throughout Canada, USA and Europe. His substantial technical knowledge, extensive project experience and ability to look at technical problems from a variety of perspectives allow him to create innovative solutions to 'real world' problems. If he doesn't know the solution to a problem, he'll keep exploring until he either finds or creates one.
Adib has contributed his work as a technical author to many publications such as Oracle Magazine, and has also spoken at several industry conferences including JavaOne. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Shae Hadden, Leadership Coach
Shae Hadden is committed to developing leaders. Since 2007, she has been creating strategies and designing programs to encourage purpose, mastery and contribution. In her view, everyone has the potential to be a leader—at any age—and the epitome of leadership is being 'wisdom in action' (sharing the best of who we are and what we know in a way that empowers others).
Shae has successfully communicated as a performer on stage, an executive administrator behind the scenes in the theatre, film and television industries, and as a project manager for website and multimedia projects. As an associate of Paracomm Partners International, she specializes in coaching senior executives on accelerating the development of young leaders through commitment-based relationships. With New Leaf Communications, her marketing consultancy, she also coaches and works on special projects with young entrepreneurs and seasoned leaders who are transforming the prevailing paradigms of our times.
